IThe visiting surgeon package
Everything outside the theatre, handled by us.
Arranged around your theatre sessions. Tell us your flights and we take it from there.
IIYour operating trip
Four days, already planned.
A typical itinerary for a surgeon flying in to operate. Yours is built around your list and your flights.
Day one · Arrive and walk the building
Collected at arrivals and driven to your hotel or straight to Harley Street. A walk-through of the theatre, recovery and consulting rooms, time with the team, and your equipment and consumables list checked against the session.
Day two · Clinic
Pre-operative consultations in our consulting rooms. Your patients are greeted by name at the front desk, and their cars and hotels can be booked through us too.
Day three · Theatre
An early collection for your list. Your patients recover on site, a corridor from theatre, and go home in a car we have arranged.
Day four · Reviews and home
Post-operative reviews in our consulting rooms, then the car takes you and your team back to the airport. Next visit’s sessions can be held before you leave.
IIIThe route in
Marylebone is closer than you think.
Harley Street sits in the middle of everything London does well — which makes arriving simple, however you travel.
Coming under your own steam: Bond Street, Oxford Circus, Regent’s Park and Baker Street stations are all a short walk from the door, and there are pay-and-display bays on the street outside.
IVThe cars
Two ways to arrive on Harley Street.

Vehicles subject to availability on your dates and confirmed in writing before you travel.
VThe person, not just the car
Drivers who work to theatre time.
Our drivers know a theatre day: outside the hotel before an early list, waiting when a case runs long, the route chosen to be on time rather than merely fast — and not a word of conversation unless you start one.
Your patients get the same service: collected from home or the airport, and driven home quietly after their procedure.

VIWhere you stay
Five minutes from theatre.
An early start is easier when the hotel is around the corner. Our partner hotels — The Landmark London and The BoTree — sit minutes from the building, and we hold preferential rates at both for visiting surgeons, their teams and their patients.

Arrive ready to work.
A transfer should be time you can use. Every car is prepared the same way, every time.
- Wifi and chargers — review your list, take the call, answer email on the way in.
- Space for kit — instrument cases and luggage travel with you, not in a second car.
- Flight tracking — land early or late, and the car is already there.
- Privacy glass and silence — the driver will not make small talk unless you start it.
Cabin provisions confirmed with our front desk before travel.

VIIIOperating in London from abroad
Coming from further than a taxi ride.
IXBetween lists
Downtime, two streets from Regent’s Park.
Between clinic and theatre, you are staying in one of London’s calmest quarters. Walks under the plane trees of the park, the Wallace Collection ten minutes’ walk south, and Marylebone Village’s restaurants and pavement tables in between.

Discretion
Discretion, for you and your patients.
Unmarked cars if you prefer them. Patients greeted quietly by name, never by procedure. Bookings and invoices worded plainly. Your practice is yours; we simply provide the building around it.
XHow to arrange it
Send us your dates.
Once your theatre sessions are confirmed, tell our front desk your flights and how many are travelling with you. Car, hotel and session times are confirmed to you in writing before you leave home.
